Hannah Campbell, President
Hannah is a resident of Colebrook, NH and is VP Project Development for The Balsams redevelopment project.
Originally from Columbia, NH, Hannah returned to the area after spending several years away, first in Colorado at the United States Air Force Academy and then in England as a Logistics Readiness Officer in the USAF. After returning in 2016, she began working on The Balsams project. Hannah is a firm believer that opportunities in the North Country abound when you are willing to work for them. She also works in the fields of renewable biomass heating, which has strong ties to the region’s forest industries, and logistics consulting.
Hannah’s community involvement includes serving as President of the North Country Chamber of Commerce. In addition, she serves as Co-Chair for the northern Coos County focused Advisory Council for Coos Economic Development Corporation. Most recently, Hannah was appointed as a member of the Donor Advised Neil and Louise Tillotson Fund Committee.
Hannah holds a B.S. in Foreign Area Studies (General Engineering core curriculum) from the United States Air Force Academy, with an emphasis on political science and a minor in the Chinese language, with substantial further education at the MA level in International Relations. She has several marketing certifications and a myriad of courses and certifications in logistics, quality assurance, and emergency/contingency planning through the USAF.
Sharon Belleville

Sharon Belleville, Vice President
Sharon Belleville moved to the North Country in 1994. Born and raised in Dover, Delaware, Sharon has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Technology and worked for 30 years in medical laboratories. Upon moving to the North Country, Sharon began a 20-year career in the laboratory at Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital. In 2014, she joined Indian Stream Health Center where she worked in the Outreach department for seven years. Currently she is working at the Coos County Nursing Hospital in West Stewartstown as an accounting assistant and health information clerk. Sharon previously served on the Canaan Little League Board and the Upper Connecticut Valley Community Coalition. She has been serving as a Library Trustee for the Alice Ward Memorial Library for several years and joined the NCCOC board in April 2019. Sharon and her husband Yvan have raised four sons and reside in Canaan, VT.

Gail Hanson

Gail Hanson, NCCOC Director
Gail Hanson recently retired after 14 years of being the Executive Director of the New Hampshire Snowmobile Association. Gail was responsible for the daily administration of the New Hampshire Snowmobile Association. Over the years Gail has been recognized for her outstanding and very successful efforts for public policies supporting trail recreation, planning, protection, development and maintenance of the snowmobile trail system in the State of New Hampshire including the NH State Trail Advocacy Award. In 2014 she became a member of the Iron Dog Brigade and received the “George A. Eisenhuth Award” which is given for distinguished service to snowmobiling in recognition of significant contributions to the advancement and promotion of winter recreation and the sport of snowmobiling. In 2015, she was inducted into the International Snowmobile Hall of Fame. Gail and her husband Peter and son Christopher enjoyed their second home for over 15 years in West Stewartstown so much, that when they retired, they moved to Colebrook.

Zachary Brown, NCCOC Director
Zach’s love for the Chamber started the spring semester of his senior year in high school. He interned at the Chamber that semester, working closely with the executive director, office assistant, and board. Whether planning for the Moose Fest or helping members, Zach loved it all. He continued this internship for the following three summers. When the opportunity arose to join the board, Zach knew he wanted to take it.
Zach is an active member of the Colebrook Kiwanis, holding the position of director for one year and currently being the Kiwanis Advisor for the Canaan Key Club. Zach is also on the Rec Park Committee for Canaan.

Britni Haley, NCCOC Director
Britni Haley is a native of the North Country, having grown up in Colebrook, NH and Lemington, VT. She graduated from Colebrook Academy in 2005 as Valedictorian of her class. She now resides in Stratford, NH with her husband and two young children. Britni holds an Associates degree in Culinary Arts from Southern New Hampshire University, with a background in the hospitality industry in New England, that led to managerial and business development positions. She has acquired a diverse skill set in marketing, grant writing, customer service, event planning, bookkeeping, cooking, as well as business management and development. Her strong organizational abilities and motivation to solve problems, aids in her efforts to take on unique challenges to help businesses and organizations grow & succeed.
Recent past roles she has held while raising her young children at home include serving as the Director of Development for Heartwood Public Charter School, owner/operator of The Haley Homestead (producing baked items and wreaths for sale), an independent business consultant (offering primarily grant writing and bookkeeping services to local organizations), and before that, the initial Event Coordinator at Mohawk Falls in Colebrook, NH, and Executive Director of the North Country Chamber of Commerce. Her historic insight from working at the Chamber is helpful to now guide the organization as a member of the board.
Britni’s family has lived in the area for generations and understands its unique strengths and opportunities for potential. She is passionate about being a champion for the North Country and northeast Kingdom. Since May of 2023, Britni has been working as a Community Steward for the Canaan/Colebrook Stratford region, for The Community Builders Hub. Through this work she is very involved in community matters, and has become a member of the Kiwanis Club of Colebrook, and works closely with Canaan Naturally Connected, the towns, schools, libraries, businesses and community members. She is working to connect them and ensure our communities have what they need to thrive.
